SKILL: Strangle, strips affect when fighting is initiated preventing the phantom strangle bug.
SKILL: Strangle, separated the checks for sleeping and undead and gave them separate fail messages.
Strangle, WAITSTATE conversion, from pulse_violence * 2 to skill_beats lookup.
Nerve pinch lag lowered from 4 rounds to 3 rounds.

If you deguild from a clan, you have a long delay in days
before you are allowed to reguild to that clan.

Blind fighting now works.

Mounted fighting now works.


Dispel changed to be slightly harder, and easier based on the level range.

Mob corpses no longer drop in raidable area
Small improvement to amount of hits for guards
Fix for Mob landing last hit in Forgers (Angles/Demons)

Previously, hitting a forger with a angel/demon was designed to
fail... ie: not get you anything. The code was also crashing us.
Since very few had gotten there with angel/demon this code had yet
to be exercised. Since I also don't agree with original design, I
have changed it so demon/angel CAN get you the stuff. However,
you wont get the train bonus.
